A descent down the channel of your spine and into hypnotic circles, spirals and waters of your hips through this 5 Week Liquid Fusion Bellydance Course.

This Course includes Women’s Circles, Meditation, Dance Techniques, Dance Choreography and access to Online Learning.

There’s an expression of the feminine that speaks to you from deeper dimensions of your body. Somewhere in the soft folds of your underbelly, she hums for your undivided attention, patiently awaiting your total fixation.

She abides in an entrancing landscape of the eternal mystery and I don’t write this as poetic impressions for catching your attention… the feminine holds the threshold to the void in her body, her wisdom is beyond our common languages and intellectualising philosophies.

Your deep feminine can be found through opening your senses and inhabiting and accessing every cell of your body so that you might find her deeper dimensions of sensation, impulse, rhythm, desire, aliveness, vision and more that emerge not from your mind but from the intimate embodiment of your instinct and intuition.

Our modern world has fragmented our relationship to the complex beauty of the female body and all of her intricate design. We are bodies of water and electricity, magnetism and gravity, spirals and waves, undulations and cadence.

Let me take you on a 5 Week Journey through Meditation, Dance, Sensuality, Empowerment and Choreography.

 

WHAT’S INVOLVED?

✓ 3 Months Access to the Liquid Fusion Bellydance Course Online for Optional Pre-Learning and home practice.

✓ Weekly Meditations and Grounding Circles throughout our Course are how we arrive to classes, regulate to the same coherent rhythm and get to connect with our sisters.

✓ Each week we’ll move through a Signature Warm Up Sequence to intelligently awaken our bodies.

✓ We’ll flow into learning unique Liquid Fusion Bellydance Movements with anatomy techniques that progressively develop into smooth linking Dance Patterns and Sequences.

✓ Choreography Development and Musicality Practice with one dominant song that we’ll be devoting the Course and our Dance to.

✓ You’ll have ongoing support between classes in a WhatsApp Group Chat where we’ll also be uploading video recordings of our choreography so you can practice at home.

✓ Throughout the second half of the Course you will like to start filming your own dance practice for self reflection and refinement.

✓ The Last Studio Session moves us into the beautiful sister work of performing for each other and allowing ourselves to be witnessed in that safe and deeply supportive space.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR THE COURSE

— The studio is designed with a lot of concrete so don’t underestimate bringing a layer that you can remove when we start our Warm Ups.

— You can wear any bottoms you like; such as a skirt, shorts, leggings, or sweat pants and recommended to pair with a crop top to reveal your belly and an optional scarf to drape around your hips and accentuate your movements.

— Always bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

One of my personal virtues to stay in the nourished flow of life is creating space for my body to express desire, sensuality, and intimacy internally.
Some days we process life’s heartaches, stress, grief, confusion, exhaustion, tensions, transitions, play, pleasure, anticipation and excitement through the liberation of the body.

If you’re yearning to feel an inner sensuality through the under-expressed sides of your feminine personality, then I’m inviting you into this course.

I’m here for you to cultivate a fulfilment of your natural desires, the deep feminine urge for emotionality, mood, sensations and intimacy that is inherently designed to be indulged in your own body by your own body.

This is an experience for embodying aspects of your feminine expression through dance, music, space and your bodies desires.

Experience enhanced flow, fun, freedom, pleasure, sensuality, magnetism, confidence, and vitality; and let it drip and pour into your weeks as we transition from Summer into Autumn together.

If you’re in the mood to feel an inner precision, playfulness and grace through some of our most under-expressed sides of our feminine personality, then I’m inviting you into this course.

I’m here to support you to cultivate a fulfilment of your natural desires, the deep feminine urge for intimacy that is inherently designed to be indulged in your own body by your own body.

If you’ve been feeling stiff, sticky, irritated, bored, lonely, stagnant, sexy, confident, creative, this is all for you. Because mood lighting, safe spaces, good music, beautiful sisters, vulnerability, play and personal intimacy will always serve a woman in any phase of her full spectrum.

✓ You’ll have access to ongoing support between classes in a WhatsApp Group Chat where we’ll also be uploading video recordings of our choreography so you can practice at home.

✓ Throughout the second half of the Course you might start to feel confident to try filming your own dance practice, so feel free to bring a tripod or a selfie stick to get the shot.

✓ We’ll also be moving into sister work by performing for each other and the Final Class offers us the opportunity to get dressed up, dressed down, or dress the same as usual, and invite a friend or maybe even your partner to come watch your dance. This is completely optional and will be decided by the group.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR THE COURSE

— Warm layers will be ideal for our weekly Connection Circles at the beginning of class. The studio is designed with a lot of concrete so don’t underestimate bringing these layers that you can remove when we start our Warm Ups and Dance Practice.

— Thick leggings or pants like thermals, track pants, sweat pants and socks will be the best as we’ll be sliding and rolling around on the floor.

— You can wear any type of top, you may like to wear long sleeve for when you are in contact with the floor but this is less necessary and really up to personal preference.

— Knee pads are essential for your comfort and ability to explore this dance style well, please don’t forget or delay acquiring your knee pads! You can search online for dance or pole knee pads.

— Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

It’s been a beautiful journey over the last 4 Years Teaching Embodied Sensual Floorwork Dance.

After a 9 month break from teaching In-Person Classes, I’m so pleased to be returning to the Northern Beaches of Sydney for the Winter and offering one of my only In-Person Courses of 2025.

 

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • This course is designed for beginners, whilst a little body awareness will help, the purpose of this course is to offer accessible movements for anyone to develop and experience sensory dance that can lead to feelings of grace and confidence.

  • We trust that our style of choreography will be interesting for experienced dancers and that you’ll find the sequencing very fluid and pleasing, as well you’ll have full access to further insights on body anatomy to articulate refined movements, which we always offer if we feel students are available to understand.

  • Please dress however you feel expressive, confident and also comfortable for movement, however I recommend thick pants and socks to make sure you can slide on the floor easily. Knee pads are essential for this dance style. Some warm layers will be ideal for the beginning of class.

  • This is a somewhat dynamic style, however the technique is learnt and executed slowly, anatomically and mindfully. We explore floorwork from: seated, kneeling, rolling around, manoeuvring our body with weight over our wrists, circulating our hips, articulating the spinal column, head rolls, and maybe even rolling our body over our shoulders, with all that in mind, please feel welcome to attend if you are comfortable that you can communicate and manage your injuries.
